Furnished double rooms for professionals in house with friendly and considerate atmosphere, sharing with single males and females, aged 20's-30's.

Facilities include a shared kitchen, washing machine, two wc/bathrooms, weekly maintenance, garden, wireless broadband and car parking.   The house is located on Hertingfordbury Road, 10 minutes walk to Hertford North train station and a 15 minutes walk to the town centre.  Very near the A414 main road towards Hatfield and Welwyn, and a short drive to the A10. 

Period of 3-months stay is the minimum.  Rent is paid monthly in advance by bank standing order, includes all bills (except telephone/broadband).  Deposit required equivalent to one month’s rent, refundable at end of tenancy.  References required are employer's reference, personal identification and bank account.   Suit clean, tidy and considerate professional. Sorry no couples.
